Agreement and scope
These terms apply to the Ludohaus website, browser games, multiplayer rooms, and leaderboards. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
Eligibility
If you cannot legally agree to a contract on your own under local law, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Guardians are responsible for supervising a minor’s use of the service.
The service
Ludohaus provides free games that can be used without an account or installation. Games, rules, multiplayer features, leaderboards, and operating methods may change for improvement or security reasons.
Network, device, maintenance, or third-party infrastructure issues may temporarily interrupt the service or an active game. We do not guarantee permanent preservation of a room or on-device game record.
Fair play and prohibited conduct
You must respect other users and use the normal rules and interface of each game. You may not:
- Use automation, bots, manipulated requests, or vulnerabilities to falsify a score, ranking, or match result
- Disrupt normal operation or generate excessive traffic
- Impersonate another person or organization, or use abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful nicknames
- Attempt unauthorized access to another user’s room session, administrator feature, or non-public data
- Break applicable law or infringe another person’s rights
Nicknames and public information
Nicknames and scores submitted to multiplayer games and leaderboards may be visible to others. You are responsible for content you submit and must not include a real name, contact details, password, or another person’s personal information in a nickname. Ludohaus may modify or remove content that is inappropriate or misleading.
Leaderboards and record moderation
Leaderboards display up to 100 valid records for each supported game and mode. You must submit a score only from a genuinely completed game through the normal submission flow.
We may invalidate or delete records without prior notice when they appear erroneous, duplicated, manipulated, automated, contrary to these terms, or harmful to system integrity. Leaderboards are not prize competitions and provide no monetary award or guaranteed qualification.
Multiplayer rooms
A room code does not guarantee permanent access. Anyone may join a public room, and anyone who receives a private room code may be able to enter it, so share codes only with people you trust.
A room may end or determine a result after disconnection, inactivity, player departure, or a technical issue. You must not transfer or misuse room-session credentials.
Intellectual property
The Ludohaus name, logo, design, original artwork, interface, and software are protected by Ludohaus or their respective rights holders. You receive only a limited, revocable right to use the service for personal, non-commercial play. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or reverse-engineer service code, artwork, or data without permission. We do not claim ownership of generally known game rules themselves.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every device, or permanent preservation of game records.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ludohaus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use the service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Enforcement and changes
We may restrict room participation, score submission, or service access and remove related data when necessary to address a terms violation, security risk, or harm to other users.
We may update these terms as the service or law changes and will post the effective date here. Continued use after a material update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law and contact
Subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live, these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We encourage you to contact us first about a dispute; unresolved matters will follow the courts or dispute process provided by applicable law.
